{"id":15155,"date":"2025-12-09T12:31:26","date_gmt":"2025-12-09T12:31:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/infallible-goldberg.87-106-122-147.plesk.page\/index.php\/2025\/12\/09\/stage-declaration-conjointe-des-organisations-europeennes-demployeurs\/"},"modified":"2025-12-09T12:31:26","modified_gmt":"2025-12-09T12:31:26","slug":"stage-declaration-conjointe-des-organisations-europeennes-demployeurs","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/infallible-goldberg.87-106-122-147.plesk.page\/index.php\/2025\/12\/09\/stage-declaration-conjointe-des-organisations-europeennes-demployeurs\/","title":{"rendered":"Stage : d\u00e9claration conjointe des organisations europ\u00e9ennes d&#8217;employeurs"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">30 mars 2023<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"content-header\">\n<div class=\"page-simple-body__wrapper\">\n<div class=\"content-chapo\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>La f\u00e9d\u00e9ration europ\u00e9enne <\/strong><strong>SMEunited dont la CPME est membre, a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 le 23 mars sa proposition de d\u00e9claration \u00e9labor\u00e9e conjointement avec l\u2019organisation patronale Business Europe. <\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"pg-simple-text\">\n<div class=\"page-simple-body__wrapper\">\n<div class=\"pg-simple-text__body\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Il s\u2019agit d\u2019une initiative pour exprimer d\u2019une seule voix aupr\u00e8s des institutions europ\u00e9ennes, en r\u00e9action au projet de rapport de l\u2019eurod\u00e9put\u00e9e luxembourgeoise Monica Semedo (Renew), qui a pour objectif la r\u00e9vision du cadre r\u00e8glementaire applicable en mati\u00e8re de stages.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ce dernier propose de fixer des exigences minimales pour encadrer la \u00ab\u00a0r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration\u00a0\u00bb des stages et d\u2019\u00e9tendre son champ d\u2019application \u00e0 tous les stages. De plus, il souligne la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d\u2019accompagner les employeurs, et en particulier les microentreprises et les PME.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">SMEunited et Business Europe ont mis en avant plusieurs points de vigilance :<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Les stagiaires ne peuvent en aucun cas \u00eatre assimil\u00e9s \u00e0 des salari\u00e9s \u00e0 part enti\u00e8re,<\/li>\n<li>L\u2019usage du terme \u00ab\u00a0compensation\u00a0\u00bb et non de \u00ab\u00a0r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration\u00a0\u00bb doit \u00eatre conserv\u00e9,<\/li>\n<li>Le manque persistant de donn\u00e9es relatives au march\u00e9 ouvert des stages doit \u00eatre combl\u00e9,<\/li>\n<li>Les initiatives doivent \u00eatre approfondies et la mise en place de mesures de soutien suppl\u00e9mentaires facilitant la collecte d\u2019informations et favorisant l\u2019orientation des jeunes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La CPME a soutenu le positionnement de sa f\u00e9d\u00e9ration europ\u00e9enne.
