{"id":15169,"date":"2025-12-09T12:31:40","date_gmt":"2025-12-09T12:31:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/infallible-goldberg.87-106-122-147.plesk.page\/index.php\/2025\/12\/09\/sante-au-travail-campagne-de-demarchage-des-spsti-non-agrees\/"},"modified":"2025-12-09T12:31:40","modified_gmt":"2025-12-09T12:31:40","slug":"sante-au-travail-campagne-de-demarchage-des-spsti-non-agrees","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/infallible-goldberg.87-106-122-147.plesk.page\/index.php\/2025\/12\/09\/sante-au-travail-campagne-de-demarchage-des-spsti-non-agrees\/","title":{"rendered":"Sant\u00e9 au travail : campagne de d\u00e9marchage des SPSTI non agr\u00e9\u00e9s"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6 avril 2023<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"content-header\">\n<div class=\"page-simple-body__wrapper\">\n<div class=\"content-chapo\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Pour assurer le suivi m\u00e9dical r\u00e9glementaire de leurs salari\u00e9s, les entreprises peuvent cr\u00e9er un service de pr\u00e9vention et de sant\u00e9 au travail (SPST) autonome ou adh\u00e9rer \u00e0 un SPST interentreprises.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"pg-simple-text\">\n<div class=\"page-simple-body__wrapper\">\n<div class=\"pg-simple-text__body\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le minist\u00e8re du Travail a \u00e9t\u00e9 alert\u00e9 sur la campagne de d\u00e9marchage d\u00e9ploy\u00e9e\u00a0par des structures ne disposant pas de l\u2019agr\u00e9ment de l\u2019Etat pour la fourniture de prestations d\u2019un service de pr\u00e9vention et de sant\u00e9 au travail interentreprises (SPSTI).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La loi du 2 ao\u00fbt 2021 relative \u00e0 la sant\u00e9 au travail a rappel\u00e9 et a renforc\u00e9 l&rsquo;agr\u00e9ment pour que les SPSTI soient r\u00e9gul\u00e9s et agr\u00e9\u00e9s. Cet agr\u00e9ment vaut \u00ab\u00a0autorisation d\u2019exercice\u00a0\u00bb pour les SPSTI.
