Enfin, il fixe le d\u00e9lai minimal donn\u00e9 au salari\u00e9 pour reprendre son poste de travail apr\u00e8s notification de la mise en demeure.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">L\u2019employeur qui entend se pr\u00e9valoir de la pr\u00e9somption de d\u00e9mission doit mettre en demeure le salari\u00e9 qui a abandonn\u00e9 son poste de justifier son absence et reprendre son poste par\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>lettre recommand\u00e9e\u00a0;<\/li>\n<li>lettre remise en main-propre contre d\u00e9charge.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le d\u00e9lai mentionn\u00e9 ne peut \u00eatre inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 <strong>15 jours<\/strong>.
