{"id":15686,"date":"2025-12-09T12:35:33","date_gmt":"2025-12-09T12:35:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/infallible-goldberg.87-106-122-147.plesk.page\/index.php\/2025\/12\/09\/sante-et-securite-au-travail-la-commission-europeenne-consulte\/"},"modified":"2025-12-09T12:35:33","modified_gmt":"2025-12-09T12:35:33","slug":"sante-et-securite-au-travail-la-commission-europeenne-consulte","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/infallible-goldberg.87-106-122-147.plesk.page\/index.php\/2025\/12\/09\/sante-et-securite-au-travail-la-commission-europeenne-consulte\/","title":{"rendered":"Sant\u00e9 et s\u00e9curit\u00e9 au travail\u00a0: la Commission europ\u00e9enne consulte\u00a0!"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"content-header\">\n<div class=\"page-simple-body__wrapper\">\n<div class=\"content-chapo\">\n<p><strong>La DG EMPL (Directorate General for Employment, Social Affairs and Inclusion)\u00a0de la Commission europ\u00e9enne a initi\u00e9 une vaste \u00e9valuation de la mise en \u0153uvre de la directive-cadre et des 23 directives sp\u00e9cifiques r\u00e9glementant la sant\u00e9 et la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 au travail.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"pg-simple-text\">\n<div class=\"page-simple-body__wrapper\">\n<div class=\"pg-simple-text__body\">\n<p>Pour ce faire, elle s\u2019appuie sur deux processus parall\u00e8les\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Des entretiens avec des parties prenantes au niveau national (notamment avec la CPME, le 14 octobre 2024) en vue de publier un rapport par pays sur la transposition des directives concernant la sant\u00e9 et la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 au travail,<\/li>\n<li>Une consultation cibl\u00e9e, ouverte jusqu\u2019au 29 novembre, s\u2019adressant aux partenaires sociaux nationaux et sectoriels afin d\u2019alimenter l\u2019\u00e9valuation europ\u00e9enne.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Si vous souhaitez y contribuer, la CPME attire votre attention sur la longueur du questionnaire et le degr\u00e9 de pr\u00e9cisions des r\u00e9ponses attendues. Nous vous conseillons de commencer d\u2019ores et d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e0 r\u00e9colter les informations n\u00e9cessaires aupr\u00e8s de vos services concern\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>La CPME compte par ailleurs r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 cette enqu\u00eate et est \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9coute de toutes remont\u00e9es d\u2019informations de votre part.
