Depuis le 1er janvier 2025, le Guichet est devenu r\u00e9ellement unique, avec la fin de la proc\u00e9dure de continuit\u00e9 qui permettait auparavant de recourir \u00e0 la voie papier en cas de difficult\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Organis\u00e9 en partenariat avec l&rsquo;INPI, ce webinaire se d\u00e9roulera le\u00a0<strong>mercredi 15 janvier 2025 de 14h30 \u00e0 15h30<\/strong>. La\u00a0certification\u00a0permet aux professionnels de communiquer sur le niveau de protection des donn\u00e9es de leurs produits, services, processus ou syst\u00e8mes de donn\u00e9es ainsi que\u00a0de construire un r\u00e9f\u00e9rentiel adapt\u00e9 aux sous-traitants.\u00a0La consultation publique est ouverte\u00a0<strong>jusqu\u2019au 28 f\u00e9vrier 2025<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cette consultation s\u2019adresse aux TPE-PME susceptibles de faire appel \u00e0 la certification pour renforcer le lien de confiance avec leurs clients lorsque l\u2019objet de leur prestation ou service implique le traitement de donn\u00e9es personnelles.
