{"id":15815,"date":"2025-12-09T12:36:09","date_gmt":"2025-12-09T12:36:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/infallible-goldberg.87-106-122-147.plesk.page\/index.php\/2025\/12\/09\/calendrier-de-deploiement-du-passeport-prevention\/"},"modified":"2025-12-09T12:36:09","modified_gmt":"2025-12-09T12:36:09","slug":"calendrier-de-deploiement-du-passeport-prevention","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/infallible-goldberg.87-106-122-147.plesk.page\/index.php\/2025\/12\/09\/calendrier-de-deploiement-du-passeport-prevention\/","title":{"rendered":"Calendrier de d\u00e9ploiement du passeport pr\u00e9vention"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"content-header\">\n<div class=\"page-simple-body__wrapper\">\n<div class=\"content-chapo\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Le passeport pr\u00e9vention a \u00e9t\u00e9 une des innovations de l\u2019ANI Sant\u00e9 au travail, transpos\u00e9 dans la loi du 2 ao\u00fbt 2021 pour renforcer la pr\u00e9vention en sant\u00e9 au travail<em>.<\/em>\u00a0Initialement, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9<em>\u00a0<\/em>pour faciliter et am\u00e9liorer la tra\u00e7abilit\u00e9 des formations des salari\u00e9s en mati\u00e8re de sant\u00e9 et de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 au travail et permettre aux employeurs d\u2019avoir connaissance (sous r\u00e9serve de l\u2019accord du salari\u00e9) des formations suivies par les salari\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019occasion de leurs pr\u00e9c\u00e9dents postes de travail occup\u00e9s chez d\u2019autres employeurs.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Son entr\u00e9e en vigueur sera progressive.
