En effet, d\u2019apr\u00e8s une enqu\u00eate de la CPME r\u00e9alis\u00e9e en juillet 2024 aupr\u00e8s de 1612 dirigeants de TPE-PME, 28% d\u2019entre eux d\u00e9clarent consacrer au moins deux jours chaque semaine pour remplir les formalit\u00e9s administratives. Face \u00e0 la prolif\u00e9ration des normes, les chefs d\u2019entreprises peuvent difficilement appr\u00e9hender l\u2019ensemble des r\u00e9glementations, ce qui pose la question de l\u2019application de la loi et de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 juridique.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Face \u00e0 ce constat, la CPME a particip\u00e9 activement aux travaux de simplification qui ont d\u00e9marr\u00e9 en janvier 2024, en r\u00e9digeant 80 propositions pour mettre fin \u00e0 la complexit\u00e9 administrative, qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 transmises au gouvernement.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La Conf\u00e9d\u00e9ration a \u00e9galement formul\u00e9 des propositions d\u2019amendements au projet de loi simplifications de la vie \u00e9conomique, qui sera examin\u00e9 par l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e nationale le 7 avril. Ces propositions portent notamment sur la r\u00e9duction des obligations d\u00e9claratives, la simplification des d\u00e9marches administratives et une meilleure lisibilit\u00e9 des normes. Elles ont pour objectif de rendre le cadre l\u00e9gislatif plus favorable au d\u00e9veloppement des TPE-PME.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-content-justification-center is-layout-flex
