d\u2019une derni\u00e8re s\u00e9ance de n\u00e9gociation, les partenaires sociaux ont ouvert \u00e0 la signature un Accord National Interprofessionnel (ANI)\u00a0en faveur des transitions et reconversions professionnelles.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pour la CPME, les points essentiels sont la simplification des dispositifs \u00e0 la main des salari\u00e9s et des entreprises, le d\u00e9veloppement de la co-construction et la modification de la p\u00e9riodicit\u00e9 des entretiens professionnels.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cet ANI doit faire l\u2019objet d\u2019une transposition l\u00e9gale \u00e0 travers le projet de loi d\u00e9j\u00e0 en discussion sur la transposition de l\u2019ANI sur les salari\u00e9s
